The apartment has an excellent location, within walking distance if you plan to visit the City of Arts and Sciences. At the same time, it is easily accessible by bus to both the city center and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet features plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable, equipped with absolutely everything you need for total comfort, and the staff is very polite.

Le logement se trouve parfaitement entre la ville, la plage et les musée, tout est accessible à pieds et le quartier est plutôt calme

El apartamento está muy bien, todo nuevo, suficientemente equipado, muy limpio y buena comunicación e indicación de instrucciones por parte de la agencia.
Mi crítica es sobre el early check in. Hemos normalizado que en casi todos los sitios la diferencia entre el check out (11:00) y el check in (16:00) sea nada menos que de 5 horas, pero en este caso, además de eso, la agencia cobra un cargo extra si solicitas entrar antes. Piden nada menos que 20€ por una hora, aunque el apartamento ya esté preparado, algo que nunca me había ocurrido en otros apartamentos ni hoteles de diferente categoría, en mi opinión, un verdadero abuso.

Es un bajo entonces se escucha absolutamente todo. Es imposible dormir del tirón sin escuchar a la gente pasar o a los coches entrar al garaje.
