So close to Metro, supermarket, nice cafes and restaurants! The flat is also gorgeous
This is very minor, the mirror on the bedroom needs to be a proper mirror, it’s small and warped so it’s not functional. That’s super picky, but as a woman, a good full length mirror is important

New construction
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment was rented to us with a broken shower valve, which was inconvenient and should have been repaired before guests arrived. Additionally, the noise insulation was very poor—we could hear every step from the apartment above, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations.
