good base in fascinating city

near metro and tram, clean newly decorated and well equipped balcony is large for Lisbon and comfortable

noisy street , bin lorries at 3am and walk through for noisy people , no air con so have to leave windows open - take ear plugs , it needs mosquito netting

Exceptional

The staff was very helpful and friendly. On the day of arrival there was a misunderstanding about the check-in time, but everything was taken care of. They offered us free accommodation for one night in one of their other apartments. Intendente apartment is in a very good location. The metro and tram stop is a 1-minute walk from the accommodation and lidl is 250m further. It is a maximum of 15 minutes to the center by public transport. The apartment was well and at the same time modernly equipped, everything was clean.

It would be better if there was an air conditioning. At least there was a fan, better than nothing.

Appartement très très bruyant le jour comme une bonne partie de la nuit. Bien qu'il y ait du double vitrage, c'est un appartement très sonore. Il faut noter que juste en dessous il y a un bar et les gens sortent à l'extérieur sur le trottoir pour fumer. Les voix sont directement dirigées vers l'appartement. La chambre avec le grand lit n'est pas très fonctionnelle. Impossible d'accéder au lit car l'angle est collé au mur. Il faut se hisser pour se coucher.
