An ideal spot for a couple or two couples or older families travelling together given the size and layout of the home. Covered area out the back and a great wrap around verandah with fabulous views around the front.
Huge smart TV and good wifi.
Butlers pantry and kitchen with gas hob and super wide oven is great for the cooks.
Plenty of parking both on and off street too. Very quiet inside the house with no traffic noise interruptions.

would be good to have a mirror and lamp in each bedroom. Needs a lamp in the kitchen/living area
