L’appartement est tout d’abord très bien situé, au cœur du quartier Santa Cruz, à côté de la Cathédrale et du Palais Royal, dans un immeuble dont l’intérieur est magnifique. C’est facilement accessible avec les codes. Il est vraiment très joli, décoré avec goût et l’espace est bien pensé, on ne se sent pas à l’étroit, même à 4 personnes. Il y a un petit patio qui apporte de la lumière. Le ou la propriétaire est très réactif, les explications sont très claires et nous avons même pu accéder à l’appartement en avance car il n’y avait pas de locataires le jour précédent. Enfin les casiers dans l’immeuble sont très pratiques pour flâner le dernier jour sans être encombrés. Bref un séjour parfait 👌
Un petit peu bruyant (voisins et animation de la rue) mais cela n’a pas été très dérangeant pour nous.

A beautiful property with absolutely everything you could need, in the most perfect location — just a stone’s throw from the Cathedral.
The host was lovely: welcoming and helpful, while giving us complete privacy and always being on hand should we need anything.
The property perfectly combines rustic Andalusian charm, with its beautiful Juliet balconies and exposed wooden beams, with all the modern comforts you could wish for, including a modern bathroom, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen.
My partner and I are quite hard to please when it comes to accommodation, but this place genuinely exceeded our expectations. It’s full of character, beautifully appointed and ideally located for exploring Seville.
We honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We’ll be recommending it to all our family and friends, and would absolutely love to stay here again. If you’re visiting Seville, look no further — this is the place to stay!
