We were disappointed in the key pickup. We called upon arrival and were told our room was not ready (we were early). We were told to walk many additional blocks (draggin out luggage of course), without directions, just to arrive there and be told our room was ready and then we turned around and dragged our bags all the way back. The gentlemen who brought us to the apartment provided little to no information. In fact I had to google how to use the stove top. Is was a rather disappointing welcome.
The apartment was delightful but could have used another couch. We had four people and only room for two on the couch. Additional comfortable seating would have a nice addition. We made do with the kitchen table chairs. I think the airconditioning could be better as well. The bedroom was quite warm. The beds were comfortable.
Otherwise everything was very good. The location was great. We would recommend it to others.

Great location literally in Piazza Bra across from the arena and modern kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious apartment. Responsive staff. Lift.
The radiator was leaking although they tried to sort it out.

Sehr schöne, stillvolle, grosszügig geschnittene Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt in zentraler Lage - einer der besten Aufenthalte von uns... Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!
