LA UBICACION GENIAL ESTA EN EL CENTRO DE TODO, SUPERMERCADOS CERCANOS, DULCERIAS, RESTAURANTE DE TODO TIPO EN EL PASEO DE LA PLAYA LAS CANTERAS. LA PLAYA LAS CANTERAS UNA BELLEZA Y MUY RELAJANTE. EL ACUARIO POEMA DEL MAR Y MUSEO DE CIENCIAS MUY BONITOS . EL ALOJAMIENTO CON TODO LO NECESARIO PARA UNA BUENA ESTANCIA. EL LUGAR TRANQUILO, SIN RUIDOS DE NIGUN TIPO, BUENA VENTILACION . The property manager was very polite and punctual. Although we experienced some issues that were not the owner’s fault, such as noisy neighbours, nearby construction, and occasional water outages, Javi was always available and responsive, helping to resolve these matters and find solutions.
The location is excellent. Considering that this was not our first time in Gran Canaria, this accommodation was exactly what we were looking for.
The hot water supply was sometimes insufficient, as the boiler seemed a bit too small for two people. The lift did not work consistently, although for us this was not a major issue.
There were also some disturbances from noisy neighbours who were singing late at night and carrying out renovation works. Overall, this would have been less noticeable if the weather had been better and we could have spent more time outside.
