Our luxurious, privately owned, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pool home has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the heart of the sunshine state!
Located at the prestigious Mediterranean style development of Tuscan Hills, our home places you in the ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun and excitement of the many world famous theme parks (Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10-15 minutes), the award winning Golf courses (SIX full size championship standard courses within ten minutes of our villa and over 20 more within a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one holiday).
Just a couple of minutes drive from Tuscan Hills you will find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, gas station, Applebees family restaurant, IHOP, Quiznos Sub, a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart and a Publix supermarket, while onsite is a 2,700 sq ft Mediterranean style clubhouse which offers many facilities ranging from a stunning lounge area overlooking the palm garden to a fully equipped games room and gym, all available for you and your family to use at no extra charge. At the rear of the clubhouse are tennis and sand volley ball courts, and a play area for the younger children.

The villa was just what we needed. We were out doing park days or visiting places for most of our stay so didn’t spend as much time in the villa as we would have liked but it was perfect for what we needed.Obviously the villa is a tad dated but we knew this from the advert so wasn’t an issue. Overall we found the villa good value for money and we had no major issues that impacted our stay. On arriving we found that one mesh netting around the pool had been blown out due to a storm a few days before and this got rectified and fixed the next day which was great.Contact with the host and management was easy and straight forward throughout.Would recommend and consider staying here again if we returned.Thank you

House was good. A couple minor issues. Has Roku TV. Can't get local live channels or other apps because we didn't have a Roku password.

The villa was convenient to many of the attractions in the area and served its purpose, but there were a few things that would have changed my decision to stay there if I'd known when I booked. First, the amenities in the house were very limited. There were thin, older towels and small, cheap bars of soap in the bathrooms, but nothing else. The kitchen had basic appliances and dishes. While many rental homes have friendly welcome packets with suggestions for restaurants and attractions, this home only had placards all over the house with warnings and instructions that felt like staying at a budget motel. Finally, while the house was adequately clean, it was evident it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. There were high ledges in the living room that looked like they'd been painted a darker color but with a closer look realized it was thick lint and dust. There was a pantry closet in the kitchen that I never opened because the door handles were visibly filthy. The corners of rooms were visibly dirty. There were excellence certificates from a travel website by the front door and in the kitchen, but the newest one was from 2019, seven years ago. Certainly much has changed since it was last assessed.
