About this cabin rental
Your cabin is designed to be affordable for just a single couple($195), or two couple ($275), or even three couple ($355), and possibly 7 guests, if the seventh guest doesn't mind sleeping on a comfortable single bed in the king bedroom. The base amount is $195 for two guest, and an extra $40 per guest per night. The main floor consist of a large living room/bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen. The deck overlooks a breathtaking five mile view of Beaver Lake. The deck has a gas grill, table with chairs, and two couches to sit on. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms and one full bath. A washer and driver are available only with granted permission by the owner and guests must provide their own detergent, softener. Just outside is a beautiful downstairs deck also with a great lake view. We have planted a natural food plot for the deer and other wildlife on the hill under the deck. The local deer heard usually pass through twice a day. We have planted flowers shrubs and trees around the property making beautiful colors from spring to fall. If sitting on the deck watching the deer and hummingbirds along with the lake view isn't enough the salt water hot tub is a perfect relaxer. There is a $60 fee to cover our heating a chemical costs. So when you book be sure to tell us if you are wanting to use the hot tub. We are located outside of Eureka Springs with an 11 mile drive to down town. We are 2 miles away from Starkey marina and 5 miles away from Beaver dam. Check in time for the cabin is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. This property is not suitable for the disabled or those with agility issues as there are stairs inside and outside the cabin, The upstairs is set up like a studio apt to help, but hot tub use or the other bedrooms you will have to walk down stairs to access. There has been a situation that has occurred several times attempts to sneak additional guests or pets into the cabin. If this occurs the guests will immediately be required to leave the cabin with no refund. The 3 complaints we get the most are; "There is a bed in the living room", "our land doesn't touch water ",and "the roads are curvy". Other than that we are a clean well maintained cabin with amazing out door spaces. We try to provide pictures but they don't do it justice, You will just have to come see for yourself.

We chose this for the ease of my 90 year old mother for her birthday. Getting in the cabin and moving around was simple for her on the main floor. The bed by the bay window was perfect!! Beautiful view for her to wake up to each morning. She loved it! All of our beds were comfy. The downstairs corner shower is small but worked for me. Main floor shower was bigger and good for mom. We had what we needed in the kitchen. Hot tub was great! Clean and hot.Our favorite of course was the deck. We spent the majority of our time there. We had sun & muggy, cool breeze & soft drizzle, to gusts & down pour. Watching it all move across the lake was amazing. We ventured into downtown and did a few touristy things but mom really just wanted to enjoy the view at the cabin. We ate out a couple times. But also grabbed a few groceries for breakfast and lunch on the deck and made dinner our last night. The little store just up the road at Lake Shore Cabins does have some quick items like chips, bread, eggs, frozen pizzas, drinks, ice. It was nice to pop in there being so close. Colby was good to respond and had good suggestions for us. We had a lovely time with the most beautiful view.

Stayed here for a short birthday getaway and loved everything about it. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, great location and the view is amazing!

We just stayed at the property the 3rd week of March. The lake views from the deck and walkout patio are awesome. We were only there a few hours and saw 5 deer walking in the woods behind the house. We had no issues with driving to the property or checking in. The owner was very prompt with communication via the VRBO app, text and phone calls.The home was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, to include labels on all the doors and drawers.The surrounding area is quiet and the night sky is unbelievable. I highly recommend this property.
