Our group had a phenomenal stay over a long weekend in July. The house was exactly as advertised, even better than expectations, and communication with Vanessa was always prompt and clear. Our group was six adults and two small children, and the space was perfect. The bunk room is great for young kids and comes with toys, which is always a plus - we had brought some of our own but hadn’t needed to! The location is incredible - on an idyllic street and a short walk to the beach (20 minutes via sidewalk), bike trail and walking path (5 minutes), or Main St. in Falmouth (15 minutes via sidewalk). A later check out than most Cape rentals were accustomed to was an added bonus. Highly recommend this home for any type of trip, and will definitely rebook when returning to Falmouth!
