This great apartment is in the heart of Rome :) The moment you step in the apartment, you feel you arrive in Rome. The beautiful antiques in the apartment, the spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms made our trip really extremely comfortable and unique. We felt, we were in Rome, living like Romans. Luca and Barbara were very easy to reach when we had questions and they are so friendly! The apartment is quiet despite being in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the whole city. We could walk everywhere and even take breaks in the middle of the day when we wanted to. After the first day, I was happy to pick up croissants from the local shop in 2 mins walking distance and got to even know some restaurant owners. You dont really need to go anywhere else! I am an extremely light sleeper; therefore, the quietness in the evening due to the position of the bedroom was highly appreciated. I do hope I can go back there again, this time with a bigger part of the family:) This street, the doors, the light and the whole feeling of the place... I will never forget :)
Perhaps get 1-2 new pans for people like us who would like to have breakfast at home time to time Luca:) A very minor minor detail!

Odaları çok geniş ve otantikti. Temiz teslim aldık. Bizi karşılayan Cladio çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Location is really good, very quiet at night. We also cooked in the kitchen and it was well equiped and everything worked well. The appartment is on the 2nd floor but lift is avalable. Decent comfort for a family of 5 for couple of nights in Rome.

The property location, being 10mins walk from the Colosseum, was excellent. The beds were comfortable.
The property was not clean to an acceptable standard. Examples include (but are not limited to) used kitchen sponge provided with dirt and hair stuck in, dirty shower with old shampoo bottle lid and sachet left in, hair in shower, inside of kitchen cupboards and draws with dirty with old food. Kitchen items such as curling, plates and pans dirty. Air vents were filthy with dust and/or grease.
Many things in the property were broken including lights and the oven.
No curtains or blinds on windows. Shutters do not close fully so light at night.
Quite noisy from the stairwell at night.
Issues were raised during stay. Owner offered to provide a clean sponge and additional cleaning but did not accept that anything was broken or not as described in advert description or photos.
