The rooms are fine and the hotel is conveniently sited
There are not many non-Chinese speakers staying here. The foreign language skills of front desk staff leave a lot to be desired - English is negligible.

Location
It's cold! Especially at breakfast, where you could only sit in your jackets and there wasn't a single heater. The staff was completely unprepared for foreign guests, didn't speak the language, and the translator didn't even help much with calling a taxi.
