The room was spacious and world class, all at an affordable price. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin. I especially enjoyed to spacious rooms, and the well furnished bath rooms. Mine came with a huge bath tub!
Everything was perfect! There are no downsides to staying at this hotel. My only concern was that during check in, I was told by the front desk that the funds from my payment has not been received by the hotel. This was a bit of concern to me, because I usually book and pay for my room straight away through Booking.com.

Staff were attentive but English was a big problem with any questions
The fact that there was no facility to hail a cab within the hotel driveway. We had to wait on the road in -20deg temperatures to hail our own cab
