Location, comfort of room and services, friendly staff.
Issue reported with charges was resolved upon request.
Cafe in lobby is very limited but has great view on the crossing. Has big potential to be a place to enjoy for hotel visitors if bar is changed and better staffed. Can become a money maker but now underutilized.
