It is a clean and spacious apartment and the location was good for our short business trip.
It’s on a busy intersection, so there is street noise, but we expected that and it was fine for us.

Perfect size, clean, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and amenities were nice. Location was ideal for our purpose of needing access to the marina for our races. Surrounding restaurants and attractions were perfect and easy to get to.
The gym shared a wall with the condo so frequent banging and clanging of weights were heard thru the walls. Parking was tricky and tight.

The property was very clean and in excellent condition. Very safe building and secured parking. Walking distance to many dining choices and activities ( such as Science World). Owner was prompt in responding to any questions and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.
It’s located at a busy intersection and just above a restaurant that plays loud music.
Only hangers for unpacking. No drawers or shelves for clothes.
