Generally clean throughout, nice smelling throughout, bedding seemed fresh too. Seemed nice and modern. Nice area, just 10 mins from center of city.
One if the sofas seem better days, could not sit it as most of the seats had collapsed. Upstairs shower, very small, with lot mould on seals that did not fit. Nice touch with the coffee, but needed few more capsules.

Very clean and perfect for a few days
Lots of space and bedrooms were very comfortable
It would have been helpful to inform us that the property is up the alley way between 2 houses on main road as took us a couple of attempts to find this especailly later in the day and raining.

Very reasonable price! Good sized TV and comfy sofas.
It was a good location for our activity the next day (9 mins away).
All of the bedrooms were nicely decorated (we only used 2).
It was quiet around us (little neighbour noise).
Nice to have garden space :)
The mattress was not comfortable- too soft and could feel all the springs in my back.
Only minor and not something I would complain about, but most rooms would benefit from a re-paint/freshen up, particularly the hallway entrance area and stairs given that is the first thing people see.
It was a little difficult to locate but I was aware of that from other people’s reviews

Just a very tiny suggestion for consideration: providing the WiFi name on the board on wall could be useful
