I like the location and the fact that it has three bedroom suites. I like the washing machine and tumble drying facilities - the gym is small but sufficient.
The air conditioner in the main living room is not working well and doesn’t cool down the room sufficiently. It remained very hot which is a real problem in hot country like Malaysia. All the air conditioner in the room is noisy when operating. The floor could be cleaner too.

We loved every minute of our stay here, really comfy & clean bed. The staff are super friendly & helpful. Free laundry service is amazing, the pool & gym area is stunning with everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel & would stay again if visiting Georgetown 😊
Not in walking distance to main strip of Georgetown so we had to get a lot of grabs but these were cheap

Everything was perfect...and new :)
Aunties were missing a large mirror in the bedrooms and wardrobes..u know la ladies...but for me everything was fine
