Fantastic service from the get-go. We had a welcome drink and the staff showed us to our room.
In addition, we were also offered a drink at the bar (of our choice).
Facilities in the room is great as well! Breakfast was delicious as well.
Good location! Not many rooms here, so it feels a bit more tranquil.
The pillows had a musty odor, likely because they weren't dried properly after laundering. Could have asked the staff to change it, but was too late and didn't feel like dealing with it.
Toilet seat doesn't come with a bidet.
Some plugs were difficult to use because of its positioning (especially if you have a big charging brick)

Impeccable warm service by the staffs, make us feel like home. The modern timeless interior design that is indeed a memorable experience. We enjoy our stay very much! Look forward to come again.
