To be honest, the photos provided don't quite match what we actually found, but overall we were satisfied; we had pleasant neighbors, so we didn't experience any inconvenience. The staff was very responsive and easy to reach, and we had no issues with access. It’s a great location—close to stations and plenty of shops and restaurants.
The room is stuffy and damp, the window won't open, and the lighting is poor; soundproofing between rooms is weak—though this is likely due to the building's age rather than a fault of the hotel itself.

The property was very easy to find and close to the nearest train station and grocery stores. The room and shared areas were very clean
The bed did not match that in the photos, but was still very comfy.

Very clean despite multiple rooms being occupied and sharing kitchen.
Great location.
Good and friendly customer service.
No TV in room and no common room with one. Seems the common room has been maxed out as extra room.
Was particularly suprising because of booking.com high rating of 8.9
