Spectacular views from the Highbay garden, with incredible city and sea views, right at the top of the hill. The accommodation itself is lovely and even includes a home lift straight to the room.
But what makes this a 10 out of 10 are the owners, Nana and Mohammed. They did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable, their communication was excellent throughout, and they genuinely cared. I was taken unwell during the night, and in the morning they made me a wonderful honey and lemon drink, supplied paracetamol, and gave some great advice. They really went above and beyond.
This is also a great location for away fans heading to a Swansea City FC match.
Highly recommended.
Very little to complain about. We had a car, so the hills weren't an issue for us, but if you're not particularly fit, the walk up is worth bearing in mind.

Location good for golf and food as a base
Problem with onw shower leaking but there were two so not a problem

Very clean, great views.
No private access/entrance, wasnt expected. (Access is via the owners kitchen, by them letting me in the locked door) then a walk through their house up their stairs and into a section to one of 2 rooms sharing a bathroom and kitchenette)
No keys allocated ( had to rely on the owners opening and locking the door, as they said people stole the keys)
The 11pm curfew wasn't expected.
Had to take my shoes off and use allocated slippers only, when inside the property.
All in all, it felt a very controlling atmosphere. I also don't think any if this was clear in the details when booking. Also, there isn't a Hot Tub , (not that that fact influenced my decision to choose this place)

I clearly explained my disappointment to the above situation, as soon as i arrived, and they then offered to both credit my money and also ask booking.com to find me an alternative accommodation. If it had been for more than 1 night I would have.
They explained that they like to think of their customers as "part of their family".
The owners were pleasant enough, and did provide an unexpected breakfast, however what with not having much freedom of access etc. I would not care to stay again.
