Stand alone one-room studio casita with Western Cowboy theme. Rural neighborhood in the northwest side of Phoenix/Peoria. Comfortable and new construction. Wood floors throughout. Security doors and blinds on front and rear doors. Kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Basic dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. Eat in bar with bar stools. Queen size bed with four pillows. Extra blankets available in closet. Two bedside tables with charging stations. Open closet with drawers, cubbies and hanging bars. Two luggage stands. Living area with large flatscreen TV and sound bar. TV has Amazon and Netflix streaming, but not hooked up to local TV network or cable. Two recliners and bench for viewing. Bathroom includes sliding barn door, bidet, small vanity sink, walk-in shower with river rock floor and tiled seat. Stacked washer and dryer. Split unit AC unit in bathroom, kitchen and living area. Ceiling fans in living and sleeping area. Secured parking behind gate for one vehicle. Outside lounging area with gazebo with chairs. Four miles from Cardinals Stadium and Westgate entertainment district. Less than two miles from P83 Entertainment area with restaurants and movies and the Peoria Spring Training Facilities (Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres).

Perfect spot for a couple here for Spring Training. Great neighborhood, close to the stadium, restaurants and shopping. The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s cute, clean and comfortable and Shelly was a terrific host. We highly recommend Shelly’s guest house and hope to stay again!

the unit was very clean and and one of the nicer VRBO units we have stayed in as far as amenities available. The big disappointment was that we were unable to get local TV stations or sports stations without paying extra. Sometimes in the evening using the wifi would be dropped.
