Great place that’s family friendly. We loved the dock access. Neighbors are friendly as well. The couch turns into a bed so that was a plus for our group. The only thing we recommend is to have more bedding available such as blankets etc..

Great location. Able to fish the Colorado River off the dock. The house is close to Lake Havasu. The property was very clean and spacious. There is a 50 pet fee.

Welcome to the 1970s and 80’s. So this unit works great for a party of 6 or less. Lots of room and in living areas and kitchen. This unit is very dated and needs upgrades. Bead curtains on the bathroom entrance and old shag like carpet shouldn’t be in this price range. It’s not a bad place but as I said needs a lot of updating. Also when you rent this unit and the property management company knows you are coming they should pre inspect and turn the A/C on. Walking into a 93 degree rental is not pleasant.
