The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very attentive. They served tea and coffee throughout the day, along with water bottles when needed. The manager and assistants were very helpful with any concerns we had. They even prepared an early breakfast for us before our early flight, which we really appreciated.
What we didn’t enjoy was the steep stairs from the street to the hotel entrance and the lack of bed sheet changes during our 10-day stay. The clothes cabinet was very small, and the only mirror in the unit was in the bathroom. The lift also needed proper servicing and dropped a few times, which was a very frightening experience. Some of the units had visible pipe leakage issues, with damp, swollen walls painted over instead of repaired. Also, the dishwasher wasn’t working in most of the units.
Overall, despite the maintenance issues, our stay was quite pleasant because of the location and attentive staff.
