Perfect location if you want to be in the centre of everything but still not to be disturbed by the voices from outside, perfect service (receptionist, manager of hotel, cleaning ladies - all of them were very kind And helpfull),..they provider extra service when most needed that was bot even part of their job. I can highly reccomend this place And whenever i am in Istanbul, i definitelly book this hotel.
Maybe just little bit of struggle with too many lights And it took some time to get to used to it. Second that someone could mind Is the Queen or kimg size běd in many Hotels mean two matrasses putted together VUT still comfortable

Location is great, close to the ferry and public transport and many food spots nearby. View (room with balcony/sea vieuw) is perfect! Friendly staff.
Cleaning of the room could have been better.

Great location, staff work so friendly and welcoming!
Lift was a little unstable at times but no big issues.

Location was as described and perfect for the football stadium Staff and cleanliness was exceptional.
Far from a dislike , more of a disappointment. Hotel is lacking a bar and restaurant though plans are in place to provide this service.
