A nice little breakfast was included in our stay. The staff, especially the lovely breakfast lady, were friendly and accommodating. We liked the location, close to many restaurants & pubs, but not too close and the Besiktas ferry port was a 10-15 minute walk away.
One inconvenient thing was the access to outlets by the bed. We had to get on the floor to plug in our phone chargers, discovering that an extension cord was under the bed, although it was not plugged in! It would be beneficial to install extension cords on both sides of the bed for ease of access for plugging in phones next to the bed.

The breakfast was good enough and the location is excellent. You can walk to Beshiktash charshi in 5 mins and reach the iskele in 7-10 mins by walking which is great if you want to travel with a ship to another side of Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Breakfast options might be better.

Nice location
A woman in the room upstairs started screaming in the middle of the night. The staff should have heard the disturbance and addressed the situation immediately. No guest should have the right to disturb others, especially during the night. Staff should actively monitor excessive noise and promptly warn guests who are causing disturbances to ensure everyone can have a peaceful stay.
