I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind especially Hamza, who was always helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s location is great, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety every day.
there are a few things that could be improved. The air conditioning kept turning off at night, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Also, water is charged, while I believe there should be at least one complimentary bottle provided daily. The cleanliness could also be better there was a dead insect in the bathroom that stayed there for three days even though the room was cleaned daily.
With a few improvements, this hotel could be truly excellent.

It was very close to where I wanted to go.
The room’s are clean and had all of the amenities I needed.
The beds are soft and very comfortable.
The staff are helpful, friendly, actually they are amazing. Always available 24/7 to take care of any thing you need.
Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are a very short walk.
The bathroom missed a few little things like robe hooks or replace to put your things. Very minor problems that would not deter me from booking this hotel again..

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Madhi at reception.
We got some good suggestions for places to visit.
There are a good selection of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.
No complaints.

The staff were polite and friendly, and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and the bins were emptied every day. However, this did not make up for the poor cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment.
The room needed a thorough deep clean. It also felt smaller than advertised and did not feel like a Deluxe room.
The bathroom also needed a deep clean and some renovation. The bathroom walls also needed cleaning, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain.
The bathroom had no hooks. The extractor fan did not work. The shower drained very slowly.
I reported these issues upon arrival and was assured that everything would be fixed.
Unfortunately, only the dust on the bed frame was cleaned. The other issues remained unresolved.
