This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! It is truly all-around perfect - located in a central area, close to metro stations, to shops and cafes and yet very quiet. The room was so spacious and comfortable and the cleanest I have ever seen. I can tell this for sure, as I do my daily elbow plank haha which usually makes it inevitable, being so close to the floor, to see tiny details like pecks of dust etc. There was nothing! The floor was immaculately clean and I was positively shocked. :) This hotel is also the champion of providing everything - absolutely everything - you may need: dental kit, shaving kit, comb, slippers, toiletries, you name it. Amazing full shower set with such a nice citrus smell. The compliment from the hotel was such a sweet touch. The breakfast was magnificent - that beautiful traditional Turkish breakfast with everything you may wish for and even more, and the garden where you may enjoy it is so peaceful, so tranquil and relaxing. And the last, but not the least, the people working at the hotel are so nice, so polite and gentle, so welcoming and kind and make you feel right at home. Thank you so so much, Daniel, Mahira and Ansat, it was the absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel and meet you.
There is no perfection in this world, but this hotel is incredibly close to it.

I loved the location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the dining area was absolutely beautiful.
The room size was too small for three people.

Honestly the staff was amazing! Location was also amazing in nistansi, 5 minutes walking distance from the main shopping area in nistansi. Also the rooms were super big, clean, and whenever I needed anything from Mouhaira (manager of hotel) & her team they were so so helpful! very nice cafes next to the hotel as well.

The hotel was lovely and had superb customer service. Staff were very friendly, quite helpful with our special requests and responded quickly. Our room was very spacious with comfortable, high quality bedding. Added details provided in our room included a daily carafe of detox water, coffee and tea makers with special blends of coffee and tea. Traditional Turkish breakfast was ample and delicious. The location was ideal for our needs.
