Clean and bigger than expected. Nice and cosy. Good parking, close to local amenities and centre. Would stay again.

Location was amazing and the place itself. Beautiful lil
Place and very nice, very central and peaceful.
Could do with kitchen roll, spare toilet roll, bin bag, more mugs. Also shower curtain had hair on it which was off putting. neighbours on last day were very noisy - music blasting and swearing and we phoned the booking number and emailed but no reply.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, fantastic countryside views, soooo quiet at night, even had a group of girls having a party.... never heard a thing 👍..... I really want to give this place a great feedback, just don't want anyone to book, because I might not get in again again 🤣🤣🤣
These are very old buildings and the floorboards do squeek quite a lot, so drink some more, and they be an issue 🤣🤣🤣🍻🥂

The location was great, walking distance to Whitby, and a little further to Robinhoods bay & Scarborough,
Excellent access to the cinder track.
Quiet.
Parking was free & good.
Not far from shops if needed.
I’m afraid the mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable.
Was also surprised to be asked in booklet to strip the bed on leaving, but pleased to see mattress protector on.
You have to shower/ bath at different times as one of you will have a cold shower/ bath.
The property was adequate for what we needed but could do with a new coat of paint and house keeping need to check key areas like ( toilet brushes/ kitchen bin,
