Nice view, quiet location, very clean.
The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but it was more than adequate for preparing basic meals.

Great location. Roomy.
A better cleaning is needed. The baseboards were filthy. The doors finger and marked up. The first glass I pulled out of the cupboard had a long hair hanging on it. The hallway had no light working. The microwave was dirty. There was really crappy coffee and no sugar except Splenda. The outside seating area was awkward. The bathroom only had one lightbulb out of three so it was dark. The shower needed a deepcleaning. The living room couch was ubnomfortabe to watch t.gv
