There are grocery shops that open till very late and convenience stores within 10 min waking distance. And the place is one subway station away from Shinjuku station which is a center of transports going to different places, within Tokyo and outside.
The toilet and shower are very small and only separated by a sliding door, and there is no toilet basin and guests have to use the kitchen sink.

Great stay overall. The owner was very helpful and genuinely attentive, always quick to assist with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place in Tokyo.

The location is excellent. On the edge of all the night life but extremely quiet.
It was a little smaller than I expected and the internet was poor.
