The apartment is in a fantastic location and is modern, stylish and beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the lovely welcome basket with Prosecco and snacks – such a thoughtful touch! The apartment is very well equipped and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt at home straight away and would highly recommend it for a stay in Kirkwall.

This location is superb--in the city center but just one block off the main thoroughfare. Great coffee shop and bakery next door and within a block or two of excellent restaurants. Two block walk to public parking. Very comfortable with all modern conveniences (with instructions!), a welcome basket of local delicacies, and beautiful decor. Really does feel as if it's your own private apartment--everything you need is there--could happily settle in for a longer stay!
Parking spaces just outside the apartment are rarely open.

Location is ideal for central Kirkwall, on a quiet street only a short walk from the shops, bus stops and ferry port. Comfortable bed and well stocked with kitchen items if you're cooking in the apartment. Lovely local biscuits and milk were left in the welcome box.
There's no covering to the internal bathroom window which goes straight into the bedroom. Maybe putting in some low motion sensor lights in the bathroom could avoid disturbing others when using the bathroom at night.
The current plates don't fit in the draining rack.
There are a lot of switches and remotes which take a minute to work out what they're all for, detailing these in the visitor guide and adding photos would be a useful addition.
