Todo en general. Estaba todo muy bien cuidado al detalle, en general el apartamento era muy comodo y bonito. Los electrodomésticos eran todos nuevos, la cama era muy cómoda y grande, y tenias jabón, gel, champú, detergente, suavizante y pastillas para el lavavajillas, a parte de varios rollos de papel higiénico y servilletas. La agencia estaba todo el rato pendiente de que todo estuviese a tu gusto, y en cuanto les hacías alguna consulta, contestaban muy rápido. Si volviese a Los Ángeles, me volvería a alojar aquí, ya que estuve muy cómoda y el apartamento y la atención me parecieron de 10.

It was quiet and the the room was near a balcony where you can see the Hollywood sign.
There was a drawer of dirty clothes. Not enough kitchen necessities I/e no storage containers, no sponge to wash dishes such as pots and pans and no coffee to make coffee. I was only there for a few days and didn’t want to buy a whole tray of keurig cups for the coffee maker. I did work remote there so it would’ve been nice to not have to venture out for coffee.

Everything was as advertised! 2 parking spots, 24/7 access to outdoor space just outside the apartment with a ping-pong table (bring your own ball, though), loads of coffee pods, super clean, and just like in the pictures.
The email with instructions to enter the building was a little confusing, though. The email had a Google link with "directions," which I assumed was for a Google Map to the property (so I didn't open it at firsy), but it was for a Google Drive with a detailed PDF about how to enter the building and garage. Once I opened that PDF, everything was simple. Maybe they can change the link from "directions" to "instructions" to avoid this confusion.
Also, they required a credit card for a $200 deposit (which was returned to my card within 3 days of checkout), so I had to check with Booking.com to confirm it was legit, and they confirmed it was.
Otherwise, the place was awesome!

Nice location, and comfortable facilities.
The check-in instructions were a little confusing, so we called the property manager for guidance. Unfortunately, she was impatient and hung up on us twice. We eventually had to contact Booking.com for assistance. The check-in experience could definitely have been handled better.w0
