Spacious and cosy all in one…

Great location, nice size room
The temperature in the shower was barely warm and there was no need to use the cold water. The air conditioning was filthy but we cleaned it.

Property was spacious, very quiet, well located (just metres from the Mall) and as advertised. Host was very helpful, responding to questions after midnight on day of arrival
Only minor things:
- the shower wasn't very hot. Not a serious issue for me in February, but could be problematic in winter
- the window and balcony looked out onto an enclosed food court, so it was difficult to tell what the weather was like outside
- some of the advertised facilities were not present (may be a limitation of booking.com). There is no washing machine or dryer in the kitchen (there is a shared laundry, including washing line, on the roof. Washing requires 4 x $1 coins, drying $8). There is no desk (there is a dining table)
- would have been nice to have a second key
- apartment is a little tired in places, especially the bathroom vanity (worn with leaky tap) and the fake timber floor in the kitchen (peeling), but overall quite good

Location is great. The apartment is cute and quaint.
The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. It was obvious they were very budget. The towels were tiny. For a six day stay extra toilet paper and towels could have been provided.
