Great, secure location. Excellent access to public transport and local sights.
Everything thing you need for a great stay, very clean and modern apartment.
Some street noise, but this is expected due to the handy CBD location.

Central location close to everything. Apartment has everything in it very clean and nice.
Noisy, street noise can be heard. Listing said hot tub no hot tub (host is removing this from listing). It was not quiet as per listing. No transparent windows, no views and host had a sound alarm that alerted them to too much noise that went off when we were watching tv normally and we received a text to be quiet, very intrusive (and we did not know about the device), which also went off the next morning just by rolling bags out door. Overpriced for what we experienced.

Clean & good location.
The apartment was FREEZING when we arrived and took ages to warm up. The frosting on the windows is a real turn off as you cannot see outside from any window. Kitchen & bedroom dark. Bedding needs updating. Lacked little touches like milk to make a cup of tea. The air conditioning unit makes noises when it’s windy - this happens when it’s off! Lounge isn’t very comfortable. Lastly, need to update facilities on the listing as many are not available e.g. washing machine & dryer
