Fabulous staff, great location, poor execution.

Beautifully located, roomy and stylish.

The kitchen wasn’t useful. Not enough crockery or cutlery for four adults, no dish cloth, dirty oven. Fine for simple breakfasts but not at all a kitchen that justified the cost of the rental.

Hot water ran out, picking up keys was difficult - staff was not aware of our arrival, mould in the second bathroom, left my necklace there and they didn’t respond

We informed the property manager about our flight arrival much earlier than the usual check-in time and they were able to get the property ready for us 4 hours before- that was exceptional
