Location is excellent.
No clothes peg provided but with the cloth rack.
The shower drain is badly blocked.

Location fantastic, apartment well equipped and spacious.
Quite noisy, issues with TV which were partly fixed. Showers had drainage issues.

Fantastic location, great communication with the property managers, and quite easy to collect and drop off keys.
There were a few little things, for example fantastic that we had an oven, but there were no oven safe dishes to use. The drain in the showers would block at the beginning of the shower, but then all of a sudden unblock after a while. But overall - can't complain!

This property offers everything you possibly need in a home away from home right in the heart of the city of Adelaide and 2 mins. from the main shopping district. The apartment is tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable; it comes with a full set of top-of-the-line amenities (washing machine, dryer, dish washer) and a fully functional kitchen. For the warmer season, there is also a spacious balcony. You are dealing with a friendly and accommodating landlord and everything is very uncomplicated. Parking for your vehicle is also available (optional).
