Perfekte Lage! Alles unmittelbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants, Cafés, Parkhaus Tiefgarage zwei Straßenweiter Parkingcar Brera.
Sehr gute und Kommunikation mit Leonardo und Gianluca. Gianluca bei der Übergabe sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps wo wie was zu finden ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß für die Lage. Wir waren zu dritt, es hat perfekt gepasst. Altbau Flair mit moderne kombiniert.
Ein Tüchenhandtuch hat gefehlt aber das ist sofort zu besorgen.

Excellent location, especially to access the trendy Brera district, and a spacious apartment. Good security, and has a small lift to the 2nd floor. Great communication with agent/host. Surprisingly quiet for a city centre property with cobbled streets, due to secondary double glazing. Powerful and much needed AC units in the two bedrooms. Kitchen is cramped but still acceptable for those who wish to cook at home.
This older apartment is quite 'tired' and basic; e.g. shower unit held on by tape, ant powder around skirting boards, doors and shutters don't close properly, AC unit in lounge not working, one foam pillow for each bed, kitchen self-catering facilities are very basic. However, these small details do not outweigh the excellent location, and we did not need to contact the agent.

Lo mejor del apartamento es sin duda la ubicación. Cerca de todo lo importante y con multitud de comercios en el entorno. La cocina y el salón estaban bien así como el colchón de la habitación principal, que es muy cómodo y amplio.
En nuestro caso estropeó totalmente la estancia una plaga de pequeñas hormigas que había en el apartamento y que pensamos que picaron a nuestra hija. Cuando nos dimos cuenta era tarde. Utilizamos un insecticida que había en en la entrada. Otros puntos a mejorar son la limpieza, había polvo en sofás y en los muebles de la habitación, y las carpinterías y la tarima necesitan una revisión urgente de pintura y de funcionamiento. Había puertas que no cerraban y la pintura está desconchada en las ventanas. Por otra parte la columna de la ducha está rota también. Necesita reparación.
