Upper floor: 25 m2, 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). With sloping ceilings, 1 room 8 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). With Dressing room. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Living room with century-old Pleyel grand piano (fully restored) and a Celtic harp. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
