Clean, modern, spacious apartment

Reasonable size car park space
Access driveway to car park is narrow with a tight awkward turn into the garage. Not really suitable for medium-large cars without possible damage if you are not super careful. The driveway is also single lane two way with a confusing traffic light control system and unreliable remote control garage door opening (didn’t always work).
Building access keys didn’t always work with jiggling the keys often for a long time until they eventually did.
The above problems were very frustrating given that the apartment complex is a very new build and not the kind of problems you would expect.
Pool uses chlorine for sanitation (not salt) so not usable for people who are sensitive to this chemical

Super mooi appartement! Nog mooier dan op de foto’s 🤩
Ligt aan de rand vh oude centrum. Haven en kiezelstrand op loopafstand (1,5 km). Mercadona, Aldi en Lidl om de hoek.
De boulevard met zandstrand ligt op 2,5 km en daar gingen we met de auto heen.
In het appartement ook strandlakens, fijne stoelen en parasol aanwezig!
Wij waren met een VW Multivan en dit was een uitdaging in de parkeergarage (uitrijden vooral). We hebben de auto dan ook langs de weg geparkeerd (hoofdingang). Hier zijn ook genoeg parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar.
Met een normaal formaat personenauto is de garage top!

Issue with the remote control for the underground car park and the key for getting in and out of gated complex.
