¿Escapada a Mallorca o el último superviviente ?
La villa era espaciosa, el salón estaba bien cuidado, al igual que la zona del exterior. Las instrucciones para localizarla y realizar el check in eran rápidas y sencillas.
- No contaba con recursos básicos como estropajos o artículos de limpieza, los utensilios de cocina estaban en pésimas condiciones, no disponían de ningún producto básico de cocina, la cafetera funcionaba a duras penas y si nos fiamos del extractor de cocina hubiéramos recibido la visita de los bomberos.
- Imponían una multa de hasta 300€ por no reciclar o sacar la basura, pero únicamente facilitaban un par de bolsas de basura. Además con horarios para la retirada de basura, por lo tanto si tu estancia no coincide con la recogida tienes que llevártela en tu equipaje para evitar esa sanción.
- Los colchones de las camas eran realmente incómodos, hundidos y mal cuidados.
- Amablemente nos proporcionaron jabón de manos, básicamente era agua. También contábamos con un rollo de papel higiénico para 6 inquilinos y por supuesto ningún tipo de papel de cocina, productos de lavadora, lavavajillas…
- Lo peor ha sido la convivencia desde nuestra llegada con otros inquilinos, desde orugas, a cucarachas enormes, pasando por arañas y demás insectos, que habitaban todas las habitaciones de la casa, en este caso si que contábamos con un spray insecticida que fácilmente acabamos en la primera noche. (Adjunto algunas de las pequeñas cucharas que salían constantemente del lavabo)
- El aire acondicionado y ventiladores funcionan bien aunque con horario de uso, el resto del tiempo es necesario el uso de abanico.
En general creo que la vivienda tiene mucho que mejorar, deja mucho que desear y te deja un mal sabor de boca, espero que esta reseña sirva para mejorar todos estos aspectos y que próximos inquilinos puedan disfrutar su estancia sin pensar constantemente con que tipo de insecto amanecerá al día siguiente .
