Cosy loft apartment, close to everything

Perfect central location. Querky loft setup. Clean and comfortable and good for a short stay. Close to metro station.

This shouldn't be classed as a 3 bedroomed loft The downstairs isn't habitable as its damp and smells really mouldy. It's not good for your health. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. The bedroom you can use doesn't have air conditioning. You need also more glasses, plates etc if you're staying longer and want to cook.

Disappointing.

The central location. Spacious.

This "loft" feels like it's in a basement with the only natural light coming from a large roof window that you're not able to see through and is dirty. The kitchen sink is made from what looks like stone and doesn't appear hygenic. Our door opened straight onto the inner courtyard, and we felt a little unsafe. We were often disturbed by people in the courtyard. It wasn't a place we felt comfortable and secure enough to relax in, so we only used it to sleep.

Affordable but too many basic issues

Location was very good - its in the city center, very close to the Duomo and Galleria Emanuelle. The unit is easy to get in and out of because there are no keys, its all digital. The place was tidy upon arrival and instruction were clear. Lots of great little restaurants close by

The place smells strongly of cigarette smoke—it’s like walking into an ashtray. The digital lock on the front door can be a bit tricky to use. One of the bedrooms is in the cellar, the one with the arched brick ceiling, and it was extremely damp. There is a dehumidifier, but it was turned off, and the room felt wet and musty. The unit is quite old and doesn’t always start up properly—we had to fiddle with it for a couple of hours to get it working, which is the last thing you want to deal with after a long day of travel. When we arrived, none of the AC units were on, and the entire place was sweltering. The remote for the downstairs AC was broken, but after a while we figured out we could open the panel and use the 'emergency off' button just to get it running. It functioned at a basic level, and to their credit, the host did replace the remote the next day. After a few hours of the AC and de-humidifier running, the cellar bedroom was very comfortable to sleep in. There was also no hot water in the ensuite bathroom of the cellar bedroom. We were told the hot water tank had been turned off due to a leak, but could be turned back on before each shower—then you have to wait for the tank to refill. Not ideal. Connectivity is another issue. There’s no Wi-Fi signal in the cellar at all because the modem is on the second floor, and there’s zero cell reception down there—it’s a complete dead zone. You have to go upstairs just to use your phone. To top it off, there was visible black mould on one of the walls in the main floor bathroom. While the price was relatively affordable given the location, I would not recommend this place. Too many basic issues that made the stay uncomfortable.

Great host and a lovely place. I would definitely book again.

The place was very close to the Duomo, which was super convenient. Everything was automated — from the main entrance to the door of the room. We were even able to leave our luggage early and go for a walk. It was clean, and we had a good night.

At first, we were hesitant to book due to some negative reviews, but honestly, we don’t understand why. Everything was fine — clean sheets, fresh towels, and hot water. Maybe some people have unrealistically high expectations for this price range. The only hiccup was that the key locker didn’t work when we were leaving, which caused a moment of panic, but we managed to fix it.

War nicht durchlüftet und hat gestunken. Code funktioniert nicht bei der Eingangstür zum Zimmer. Loft Bezeichnung ja, haber nicht Erhalten für dieses schöne Zimmer. Gerochen und nicht sauber.
