Superb breakfast menu, excellent chef and warm welcome. Room was warm and bathroom was clean. Everything spoke of excellence. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will return. Housekeeping do an excellent job too.

Spotless room, silent nights sleep, lovely hilltop location. Goulash in the restaurant was superb (chef is Hungarian), Brekkie was also top notch with all types of eggs. I ate in a lovely nook with fire.

All aspects of our stay was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and there was a nice choice of wines and beers. However, the bathroom was poor. The shower head had a make-shift fix to keep the head up which could not be adjusted. The towel rail was disconnected and hence the bathroom was very cold.
