The place was beautiful. Staff are very friendly. We stayed for a week. We made a suggestion about breakfast and it was amended the next day. Our butler was George. He listened and made suggestions about where we could visit and what we could do for entertainment... it was just beautiful. The swimming pool was great and was very clean too. Will definitely go back in future. A very quiet place for relaxing, away from busy town noises. Everyone was so professional and helpful. We loved it.
Power went off a few times during shower but came back within a minute or less.

Everything! It’s absolutely stunning, well taken care of, clean, and feels like the perfect holiday escape. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Location location location
Prepay credit taken from credit card at start of stay rather than charge everything to the room and pay at the end (like every other hotel globally). Establishes a feeling of not being trusted, even though the room cost approx $2k for a week b&b……….doesnt make sense!
The in-house taxis are massively overpriced.
Select reserved seating for ksh 10k is silly in my opinion.
Check-out extended from 11am to 12pm, although room key disconnected at 11am 🙄.
Service at both bars is soooooooooo slow, even when the hotel had very few guests.
Inconsistent calls in the morning to remind you tha breakfast finishes at 10.30am………..very random. We’re adults, why do we need a call at 10am to remind us? Very strange!
Some of the younger women had an attitude, hid knows why? 😔
