Extra bit of luxury in a top location

An amazing property with top shelf fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable stay and definitely passes the "Could I live here test" Excellent communication with the host and the little extras left like tea and coffee and milk meant we could settle straight in with a cuppa on one of the 2 outside decks. Extras you don't normally find like tomato & bbq sauce and paper towel, foil and glad wrap meant that it felt a bit more like home than the usual BnB. Quick walk into town to all the cafes and restaurants and equally quick stroll to the beach. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone who wants a little extra luxury on a stay in Sawtell.

We enjoyed our stay in Sawtell which was complimented by the property.

Excellent facilities and thank you for the tea bags etc. It made it easy before we could buy our own for the stay

We thought a second tv downstairs would have been nice.

Close to town , spacious , lovely outdoors, modern and clean.

Modern, light , comfortable .

The second bedroom you could hear neighbours walking up their stairs ( floorboards) Some traffic noise mornings and afternoons .
