The location was perfect, as we wanted to stay near family. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable with nice firm mattresses. It was nice to stay somewhere with a garden during such a warm summer! Having a home with a kitchen and washing machine made a longer stay very straightforward.
I had contacted the host prior to our stay after seeing some less positive reviews and got prompt, reassuring responses. The host was also responsive to feedback that we gave that would have enhanced our stay, such as having a drying rack for clothes. We stayed for 2 weeks and a comfortable stay. We'd happily stay here again if the property is available for our next trip here!
A drying rack for drying laundry and a vacuum cleaner would be really helpful for longer stays like ours. Otherwise, we were really happy with our stay.

The size of house, decor and the fact that you can park your car on driveway.
The cutlery/plates were dirty - had dried on food. There was a bottle of empty Jack Daniels on top of the cupboard. Also a shame that the fans didn't work in this heat.

Dichtbij openbaar vervoer met goede aansluiting naar Londen toe.
Locatie aan drukke weg met veel verkeer. Naast enorm appartementencomplex waar het erg rumoerig was, blowende mensen voor op de stoep. 2 van de 3 bedden waren steenhard, 3e bed was ook niet echt comfortabel. Badkamer was vies en beschimmeld. Eetkamerstoelen waren gammel, kon niet tegen de rugleuning zitten anders bang dat het af zou breken.
