Host was awesome always kept in touch with lots of detailed information. We had the lower floor apartment and it was so quaint. And private. We had a lovely porch, looking out to a pretty fountain where you could sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The whole place was immaculate. And the best was the location. We walked into town so easily. It was a real pleasure. It was also great to have a convenient parking situation right near the house.
With no air conditioning, it would’ve been nice to have a ceiling fan just to circulate air but if you open the windows, it was OK

Location, location. The deck and view from the deck.
We couldn’t turn the TV on for two days, I left message after message emails, text message, and voice messages with no response from anyone. Also, one of the bedrooms door locked and a member of our group was stuck in that bedroom and couldn’t get out for about an hour until somebody else woke up. Again, I told the management company with absolutely no response at all. Also, considering there were three bedrooms and could actually sleep probably 6 to 8 people, there were literally only three wine glasses, and this is in the heart of wine country!? However, the location was fantastic.
