I would not suggest renting a car or taking a car there. Everything is in walking distant or a short cab ride away!

The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and very close to the Acropolis. The neighborhood in which the apartment was located was also very nice with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. It is a 5 minute walk away from the shops at Plaka as well as Monastiraki Square. The instructions to get into the apartment were very clear and detailed which we appreciated a lot! There is also a supermarket located a 2 minute walk away from the apartment which was very helpful as well. Cutlery, a coffee machine, a tea kettle, and all appliances were available in the kitchen. The washing machine and drying rack were also really helpful. We were even allowed to come into the apartment 1 hour early to drop our luggage.
