Very helpful, pleasant and friendly
The shower one large head would also be easier if there is a hand held shower as well.

Great location close to city centre. The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable and very big. Room facilities had everything we needed and breakfast was very good also. Jennifer was really friendly and very helpful - we needed to check in later than the allotted time and she replied to us quickly and with instructions on how to check in later.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful guest house. Parking was easy, on a lovely cobbled road just outside the accommodation. Our room was warm, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Lots of little additional touches in the room (like bath salts, water and chocolate) The bath was amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of variety & beautifully presented. We highly recommend staying here.
Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.
