If you wander too far the neighborhood in opposite direction from Brooklyn Botanical Garden degrades

Staff was helpful and given the location of this place it was good enough

Car parking is the issue though fortunately I was able to get the street parking and staff helped me to confirm that it was ok to park there

It was clean and close to the Boathouse venue

No lobby, attendant behind glass safety partition, bathroom was tiny, our room was next to fire exit door , dirty sidewalk outside property
