Location to Kappoka was great, town was very close as well as neccessary amenities.
House was spacious, open and had everything you would need for a short or long stay, beds were very comfortable as was the lounge.
Bathrooms and laundry were well supplied and spacious too.
All in all except from a few houskeeping issues our stay was very comfortable and we would stay here again no problems
Please note these are minor house keeping issues: we were their in 45 degree heat the aircon had trouble in the spare rooms and the spare bedroom TV had no signal, the clothesline was broken and the ensuite toilet door just opens on its own (peaky a boo), some areas were dusty and toasty was dirty.

Loved the open plan and so comfortable for our family. Great location close where we needed to be and close proximity to other family members.
So clean and welcoming.
Perfect for our family, thank you .
Enjoy all things about the property..
As commented above .. perfect for what we needed.

Simple aesthetic ease of access and use.
This property sleeps 6people:
Supplied 5mugs, 2 wine glasses a small amount of tea small amount of coffee no sugar.
No oil to cook with (only a small amount Oil in a spray can).
1 teatowl 1 dish cloth for 6 people?
Bbq incredibly slow to cook anything. No steel scraper to clean the bbq. No bbq cleaner.
We were also provided a high chair but no age appropriate meal ware to accomodate any child.
6 large glasses are supplied but don’t fit in the upper drawer of the dishwasher.
Instructions on multiple items not available. Usually there’s a guest manual. Yes some manuals in a bottom drawer.
Aircon did not work well in the second bedroom. No fan so became very hot.
Toilet paper supplied was so cheap and nasty to use. Had to buy our own. Had to fix the kitchen bin.
The drain in the ensuite shower just comes out and extremely dangerous nearly cut myself.
The beauty light didn’t work. In the ensuite. The shampoo shelf was even broken when we arrived.
The main bathroom the plug mechanism is broken and doesn’t release properly.
The floors were not mopped or vacuumed as our feet soon became black. The couch still has spills on it from previous occupants.
Outdoor table needed to wiped over as well super dirty.
